The story in brief

The information and broadcasting ministry invited applications on 7 November for the pavilion at WAVES Bazaar, an industry event held during IFFI. The call covers startups that develop products or tools for film and related technology.1 A WaveX committee will screen and evaluate eligible applicants. Selected teams can demonstrate their work to people in film and media, including production companies and potential investors.1

Context: For a small team developing a tool for filmmaking, an exhibition booth offers a way to demonstrate what it does to prospective customers and collaborators.1
