Editorial policy
How we choose, write and check stories.
Sources first
We base stories on original documents and official sources (notices, gazettes, regulator circulars, court orders, company filings) wherever they exist, and link to them.
Fact, claim and explanation are kept apart
Each point in a story is marked as Confirmed (stated in an official or original source), Claim (someone says it; we name who) or Gistuno explains (our own context and analysis).
No false certainty
If something is not known yet, such as a date or a number, we say so under "Not yet known" instead of guessing.
Human review
Automation helps us collect news and prepare drafts. An editor reviews, edits and approves every story before it is published.
Independence from advertising
Advertisers have no say in what we publish. Ads are clearly labelled and kept separate from stories.
