Panaji Passport Seva Kendra moves to Pilerne from November 2
Passport appointments at PSK Panaji from November 2 move to Pilerne. The Regional Passport Office and specified services remain at Patto Plaza.
The story in brief
The new Passport Seva Kendra address is Royal City of Joy, near Audit Bhawan, Pilerne, Bardez, Goa–403114. The November 1 notice asks applicants booked on or after November 2 to attend there at their existing scheduled date and time.1 The Regional Passport Office continues at Passport Bhavan, Patto Plaza, Panaji. Its back-office work, Surrender Certificates and Apostille services will also continue at the existing office, so the two locations serve different purposes.1
Context: Applicants should identify whether their visit is a PSK appointment or an RPO service before setting out. Going to the former PSK address for a new appointment could mean reaching the wrong location; the notice does not change booked appointment times.
Who this matters for: People with PSK Panaji appointments or Goa RPO service visits
