PM-KISAN’s 24th instalment released: check your benefit status

The story in brief

Government backgrounder: Eligible farmer families receive ₹6,000 a year in three ₹2,000 instalments. The latest release is direct support under the existing scheme, rather than a new application or a loan.1 The backgrounder says land records must be seeded on the portal, bank accounts linked to Aadhaar and e-KYC completed. Eligibility verification still applies; being a farmer alone does not establish entitlement.1

The official PM-KISAN portal and app provide benefit-transfer tracking; the portal also accepts grievances. Check your own record instead of treating the national release announcement as confirmation that your account has been credited.1

Who this matters for: PM-KISAN beneficiaries and eligible farmer families

What to do

  1. Use the official PM-KISAN portal/app to check your record; use its grievance route if details need clarification.
